  Great selection of women’s clothing and a huge shoe department. They keep the store really clean and tidy. The staff are cheerful and helpful.

  Music is so loud that it's unpleasant to shop here. Seems to be staffed by 17 year olds who don't care if they're driving off customers with the racket. Can't really browse. Probably won't go back

  What happened to The Rack? The prices here are ridiculous! Its Christmas! Where are the sales? This place has become like Nordstrom Department store, not the Rack. I left without buying anything. And this is my prime shopping time! The coat selection is poor too. And no sign of employees, like anywhere. tsk tsk tsk. Im done here!

  Addicted to Nordies and love Rack, But this one is downer. Mediocre selection compared to my usual at Washington Sq. But biggest difference is RUDE staff. Don’t help and while checking out they socialize with each other in front of you. They totally ignore the customer. Driving back to Washington SQ tomorrow.
