  If you're looking for a unique piece of furniture at a reasonable price, this is the place! We bought a new house last summer and have been looking at furniture stores since then trying to find some funky, functional pieces for our hearth room. Everything we saw was the wrong size and extremely expensive. I finally made it out to Nook and Cranny this weekend and found exactly what I was looking for, for a fraction of the price and triple the uniqueness of what I've seen in big name furniture stores over the past year. The staff was extremely helpful, even looking at photos I took of the rug at home to help me decide if the color of the cabinet was right for my room. The loaner measuring tape was a godsend after I left mine at home :) I'm so thrilled with my purchases and I'll be returning soon to hunt for my next treasure! EDITED TO ADD: I really appreciated the help loading my furniture into my van. The staff helped me troubleshoot when I was afraid it wouldn't fit, stow the seats in my van when I couldn't figure it out and even provided my little girl with a free cookie and bottle of water. Now that's service!
