::Very small menu featuring Thai standards and some inventive noodle dishes. Everything is fantastic, but the best things are the Chaing Mai Curry, and the Noodle Boat #1. Service is quick and professional, but the wait can be quite extensive during peak hours. They don't take reservations, and it's cash only, though they do have an ATM on site. Highly recommended!

::You may remember Noodlehead as a great place: good fried food mixed with good noodles and perfectly spiced. If you like your food with spices, I've got bad news for you: they've cut out some of the more expensive ingredients. Now "spicy" means lots of red chili: no flavor. No fish sauce, no star anise, no traditional Thai spices. To many of you who order spice level 0, this won't make much of a difference to you, but you may notice a difference in the quality of your fried chicken or shrimp: rather than the higher quality oil they fried in before, they seem to be using canola oil, Crisco, or something similar. Noodlehead gets a second star for what they used to be: high quality fusion Thai food. If they can bring this back, they'll bring back my business: and my positive reviews.

::Very tasty and good price! The sauce with the noodles is amazing. I ordered the see yaw noodles and I was very satisfied!! I have come here many times and the sukothai is also another one of my favorites. Very nice ambiance and staff although make sure you come early to beat the lines!

::My wife loves this place so she always drags me here when we are in town. I definitely don't put up much of a fight as I like it almost as much as her(but don't tell her that!). I REALLY like the curry here. Such a good depth of flavor that warms you to your soul. We both got the medium heat. It was more "warm" heat to me but I do like spicy foods. Definitely be careful as their hottest is insanely hot.

::i had to do a take out order only because the place was too popular. groups of people were lined up to be seated, and I couldn't even find a spot to stand and wait. honestly, I thought it was just a simple hype over a new fancy stylish diner, and was doubting the people who would line up crazy like this. However, when I finally had my noodles on my table after about 15 minutes of wait + 5 minute drive back home. I was so mesmerized to realize that these noodles are at a whole new spectrum of delicious. Really enjoyed it, and I would definitely join the line up for this food next time.
