  A lounge bar located on ground level of Hotel Epik. Entrance is through hotel lobby then to your immediate left. Tables are next to wall outlet to charge your gadgets or if you choose counter then there's a television. WiFi is available for bar customers or hotel (guess only). Every three minutes or so you'll hear a loud roar, but don't be alarmed. It's meant to remind you where exactly you're at, Nokturnal. There's no bar bites of any just drinks served here. The bar wall has intermittent dimming lights of different neon glow. HH are 3-6pm daily with dollar of draft beer or two bucks of Epik mule. Most cocktail are twelve bucks unless it's not listed. Bartender was outgoing chatting it up with locals and guests. Got me the Rasputin's Gift cocktail and sip away. Vodka was strong, but the grapefruit zest gave it that fruity taste.
