  I bought a sound system and they attached the amplifier with screws to the rear of my back seat tearing up the arm rest material it has and they didn’t install the system correctly therefore, every time I turn the car on I can hear the bass and also when I accelerate the vehicle I can hear bass sounds coming from the sub. It took a while but they replaced the arm rest and the defective part that was causing the noise with the sub. Originally, I had left a 1 star review because I would not have recommended the place to anyone but then they did resolve the issues. I am not leaving a 5 star review because communication wasn’t the best experience. On the first day of service, I was told to come back another time when I was available to fix the issues and so I did. At that time none of the workers at the shop were tracking the situation then again, I was asked to come back during another time. So, I did and that’s when they ordered the part for the arm rest. After the order, I was told to come back in a week and that they’d call me and inform me about the part and that didn’t happen. Not the worse nor best experience, go figure.

  Great place, friendly staff, was treated like a lady and not a piece of meat at a shop. Would defenatly recommend to all women and men. High-quality items. Same day service. I had heard bad things about this place but I understand now the envy;especially from a "small northeast"shop.The guys look a little rough around the edges but they are some of the nicest,professionals I have met in a shop. We have recommended them to friends and family alike and they have all mentioned great things. Ask for Omar (owner) or Cris
