  Good breakfast bagels and they are made really fast. Not a lot of seating, but most people seemed to get it to go.

  Awesome bagel sandwiches with a great local feel. Definitely check it out for an easy and delicious bite! We had the avocado and veggie bagel and loved every bite!

  Best bagels on 24th Street. Love the staff. All the regular bagels you want, gourmet bagels, mini bagels, and proper smears.

  This review is based on one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My office orders bagels from Noah's twice a month. It is easy and the bagels are pretty good. Our most recent order showed up incomplete. The delivery guy said he'd check in his car and let us know. He never came back. After attempting to contact the store 5 times (only to get a busy dial tone - they don't have infrastructure set up for call forwarding despite being a multi location restaurant business), I resorted to the catering line. After "talking to the manager", they promptly told me that I was incorrect and I had in fact received my full order. Huh? I am, shockingly enough, able to count to 13. It took another call to catering, another 10 mins on hold, to finally say that they would "submit a refund request". However, even this is not a sure thing, in the end its up to the manager who denied fault. I finally got through to the store and of course the manager "isn't there right now". Really? Despite the catering person "talking to a manager" 5 minutes before? An hour of my time wasted, our employees disappointed, and I'm not even sure I'll get a refund. Safe to say this is the last time we order from Noah's.
