::LOVED this place. I’m big on Colombian food and the flavors here were authentic. Food portions are large so you get good deal worth your money. We went in for breakfast and were not disappointed. Service was great and smooth. Parking is on the street due to location obviously. Plan ahead. I would go again and again. I truly loved this place.

::Customer service is terrible. Our order was shorted and they are basically called my wife and I a liar. Every time I spoke, the woman (she would not give her name after asking her 12 times repeatedly) on the phone would talk over me and didn't listen to a thing I was saying, up to and including her hanging up on me. I asked for a supervisor, manager, or owner, non of which she stated was there. They are going to send the rest of the order out but could not give a time of when it was going to be here. Then she gave me a time of an hour and when I confirmed the time with her she stated "she's not the driver." They obviously do not care about customer service and are not very accommodating when they make a mistake. I will take my business elsewhere and I will advise my friends and family to stay away too. Never again from this location.

::Very limited seating. Wait was 45 minutes to 1 hour. there is no parking had to walk 5 blocks in residential area. The food smelled great and the food looked very good. This place is always busy. Place looked very clean. One last thing there is NO waiting area only stand by the door. No seats to sit and wait
