  Waited 15 minutes just to end up with cold "toated" bagels. I regret coming here everytime I do, but unfortunately it's the only bagel place around.

  Snotty help is the norm in Willow Glenn. Just raise your voice to command level and they snap to. The bagels are good.

  I always paired my Peets drink with a yummy bagel from Noah’s. I’ve frequented this location for the past 8 months, so I’ve witnessed the transition from the old layout to the nicely remodeled layout it is today. The old layout was confusing and they would often change where the ordering counter was. It’s always the same employees, sometimes you get greeted with a smile, and at times had to wait long to place an order (no one in line). It seems as if the staff is unorganized at times, they could use a strong lead/Manager on staff. So much potential here. Bagels are always yummy. BUT, Improve overall experience, and I’ll update the star rating.

  This is the second time in two weeks that they messed up my order. I should not have to open my bagel each time see if they made a mistake or not. I'm happy for them that are busy on a Saturday morning. But they will be seeing one less customer from now on.

  This place improved a lot in the last several months. Not only they remodeled, but the food quality and staff attitude improved significantly. If only they could add a few more chairs...
