  Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this business and it's owner (Roy). Save yourself the stress and headache and go with a reputable business instead. It's Ironic that the name of this company is Bait and switch because that's the Exact opposite of how he operates. He's a fast talker that will do a half job,Take your money and get defensive when you Ask him to rectify his mistakes. I'm a huge supporter of small businesses but I wished I would've stayed away from this one and advise you to do the same.

  While visiting my family in Jacksonville as a surprise for my Aunts bday I had her carpets cleaned by no bait & switch carpet cleaning and to my surprise they did a great job. They were on time and prices were reasonable and very respectful to my Aunt and her home. They cleaned 4 rooms for 90 that’s better then the prices I was getting. I would recommend these guys to others and we will be using them again and again. Thanks Roy

  Amazing service and amazing employees!!! My carpets were amazing and I will use them again and again!!
