  Definitely the quickest motor vehicle agency I’ve been to. Highly recommend compared to the one on Summit Ave.

  Well, I expected worse service. On wed morning it was quite empty and lines were short. I’ve spent 2 hours to get NJ driver license (moving from abroad). Only one person (black man on “step 2” ~60 yo) was rude and arrogant, others were either nice or at least polite.

  The most unprofessional DMV I have ever visited. There were 3 supervisors present and out of them, the 2 Caucasians were racists, rude, and unprofessional. This DMV should be reassessed and reevaluated for better customer service. This should be a place where customers hope to be served without prejudice.

  Unprofessional and not knowledgeable working personal. Especially blond supervisor was not helpful and rude. Maybe she treated me that way because I look Asian. Not saying she’s racist but who knows? I asked her to show me the proof in written form that there’s a rule that international student must present I-20 form which is valid for at least 60 days. And explained that Its impossible to renew the old one until it’s expired and it’s going to happen in 43 days. Explained that i just moved to NJ and it’s very inconvenient to travel here without a car since the public transportation is not efficient enough. Also I need to attend at least 2 drills in the unit until I’ll be able to renew my I-20. However she couldn’t show any proof for the 60 days rule so it’s only on words. I wish they were more humane and understandable. If you don’t want to waste your time or ruin your day by unprofessional work of employees of this office do not come here!

  I always get in and out pretty quickly, you just need to catch it at a good time. The "when it's busy" graph that Google shows is accurate. the people have always been polite to me, just get the job done and you're out. there are two lines, one they call your number and the other they call your name. My stay here was exactly 1 hour, I came here for a new id.
