  I will NEVER go back to this place again.! A tall West Indian black guy helped me. He was very aggressive. Gave me his card in the beginning but when he tried to talk me into something that I did not want at a price much higher than I was ready to spend, he snatched his card back from my hand and told me that I was not serious about buying. When I went to the new car side to ask who the manager was on the used car side I just came from, the white guy sitting behind the desk listened as if he was concerned, then totally ignored the complaint and said he could do nothing about that but and asked whether he could help me with buying a new car. I walked out. When I went back to find out who the West Indian guys manager was, the guy I wanted to complain about walked into his bosses office with me and it seemed like they were friends. The customer service is horrible in this place and I will never go here again. They are only interested in making sales, not treating the customer kindly. I will NEVER go here again and I suggest you pass by it too and take your business to another dealership! Worst dealership experience I have ever had.

  I discovered this location when my usual Nissan service center had a 2.5 hr wait for an oil change. The staff was kind and courteous by phone, welcomed me immediately and had my oil changed within 30m vs the customary 1 hr time frame. This spot is convenient and staff efficient. I've found my new expert service center- thanks!

  The absolute worst experience I have ever had ! Do not go here expecting respect or dignity! Kieth who deals with specialty finance has no respect what so ever ! I was calm the whole time trying to work out the situation and he kept raising his voice and speaking to me like a child . If I could give no stars I would . He wanted me to put $1,000 down on a invisible car , wanted me to purchase insurance without any car. He wanted to take my money and tell me to come back the next day ? One minute I’m approved next minute the banks are closed then he comes and waves a paper in the air about my approval to make me feel better ? I would never give business to this place , he’s a pig only worried about making money and screwing people over !

  Phenomenal sales staff! Always a great experience working with Dimitry, my favorite sales consultant, and the best sales manager here, Mirza. Quick and easy deal. I was in and out within minutes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Nissan.

  had such a nice easy overall experience with these guys! Ray was such a pleasure to deal with he was very professional, easy going and patient. He wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all, he made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I usually have a terrible, stressful experience with car dealerships but they made it so nice & easy! There was no back & forth negotiating nonsense, and nothing hidden or sneaky. Everything was very straight forward & easy. The finance manager was also extremely pleasant to deal with, and gave us the best price. I’m very happy with the deal I got and the overall friendly, professional service they provided. Highly recommend, and will be sure to refer people to Ray. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again.
