  I am normally unhappy with car dealerships typical service. However a great surprise at Thruway; honest and good old fashioned service. The manger Travis and Ali were so professional with my purchase. A very happy new customer.

  Wish I could give them 10 stars. Got me a out of my old lease and into a sick new Rogue! Great experience. Super fast as well. They know how to treat a customer.

  I leased two cars back in March after trading in my Nissan Rogue from a lease. Our Salesmen "Robert" was notified of our overage on our Miles and said that the excess miles would be "taken care of". Whether this meant that they were going to roll the money into my new payments or pay it off, I am unsure. I gave a substantial down payment to get the deal I wanted. Everything seemed to be okay and everyone was happy. A month after the sale occurred, I received an Invoice in the mail from Nissan Finance stating that I owe them $2000 for excess mileage. I contacted Thruway Nissan and explained the situation to the then Sales Manager "Curtis", who admitted this was a clerical error and it would be taken care of. Thruway Nissan was going to send a check to Nissan to pay this invoice and I will get a letter in the mail saying so. One more month passed and I got ANOTHER invoice stating I owe $2000. After calling for two days, I finally get the new Sales Manager on the phone who goes on to explain that the excess mileage is charged by a "3rd party company who inspects the vehicles" and has nothing to do with Thruway Nissan. He then explained he couldn't look into my case until tomorrow because it was the "end of the month and its crazy". He did not seem to care because my deal was done and at this point it looks to be my word vs two guys who don't even work for them anymore. Long story short; DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THRUWAY NISSAN. Customer Service, Accounting, Office Administration and Employee Retention don't appear to be their strong suits and there are plenty of other Nissan dealerships in the tri-state area. STAY AWAY

  My husband is in the car business he knows the ins and outs of the deals and how it all "works". We were very surprised by the deal we got on our new Rogue. Our salesman Tony was so understanding and knowledgeable about every detail of our lease and the financing dept was amazing to so personable. This was certainly a 5 star experience.

  I drove up from NJ. Terrific experience during the entire process. Worked with Tony who is an amazing resource of information. Not pushy at all super and so polite. I highly recommend to everyone. Worth the trip.
