  My experience at Yorktown Nissan was excellent. Sales person (Joe) was a pleasure to deal with. Finance person (Steve) also very helpful. 5 Star rating.

  I just had the best service experience at Nissan of Yorktown Heights! I thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many friendly people in the service department and my service advisor Robert Juleson was truly amazing to work with. He was professional, extremely thorough and made me feel like my car was as important to him as it is to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!!!

  Latest service visit was not a good experience. I’ve been going to them for the past four years. And the service-level has really gone down hill, staffing is way down and the customers are left waiting. I was kept waiting on the phone to try and schedule an appointment, the scheduling person clearly was new and/or untrained. When I went to pick up the car, it was not washed as promised and there was mud in the floorboard and on steering wheel from the service technician. I was also kept waiting for 20 minutes when I went to pick up due to the service tech not at desk/unavailable. I’ve been a loyal customer, but likely going to look for a new location to service my car in the future.

  Get place. The car buying process was easy and hassle-free. Worked with Maddie to purchase the car and she took care of me. Went to get my first oil change and it was also great experience. Short wait time and didn't try to sell uneeded services. Would highly recommend.

  Took my car in for service that was covered under my warranty. Everything was fixed and that was fine. I was disappointed with the customer service however. I took my car in early Thursday morning and proceeded not to hear anything from them. Then midday Friday, I get a call asking me how my service was........ I said everything is fine except I haven’t gotten an update on my car. The woman on the phone proceeds to stumble over herself and try to get my rep on the phone who did not answer. She then tells me she will look into it and call me back. I hear nothing. So I call towards the end of the day and my rep tells me part of what is wrong and tells me he doesn’t even remember the rest but that it is covered under the warranty and my car will be done next day. The next day comes and I don’t hear anything. I call again at the end of the day and my rep tells me again what needs to be done and now my front brake pads need to fixed. I tell him to hold off and now he tells me it will be ready Monday. AGAIN Monday comes and I hear nothing. I call my rep (notice a pattern here) and he tells me a part needed to be ordered and that my car would be ready the next day. I did finally receive my car that next day. But I can’t help but feel like I was being screwed with because my rep just kept telling me it would be done the next day. He didn’t call me once with an update and when I called seemed like he barely knew what was going on. If it weren’t being covered under warranty, I would NOT go here for service.
