::Carlos Duran is the best car salesman I have ever done business with. Carlos definitely changed my prospective on purchasing a new vehicle. It's easy to feel as though you cannot trust most salesman, because you can certainly feel whenever someone is trying to rush you through the process of purchasing a vehicle. I don't think my experience at Don Davis wouldn't have left an indelible impression if it was not for someone genuinely trying to get to know me and my needs for a new vehicle. The presentation of the dealership is very clean and urban, which helps setup a professional atmosphere. Employees who were not a part of the purchase process were kind and friendly. If for whatever reason you find yourself inside of the dealership for a couple or few hours, you have access to couches, WiFi, and a television.

::I went to the dealership just to get an oil change, and ended up with so much more. Best customer service I have ever gotten. My service associate Chris Vasquez took such great care of me. He found out that I had an extended warranty on my car that covered the cost of replacing my front struts. I had no idea I even had that coverage. So instead of costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket it only cost me a small deductible. Also I was given a ride home and was picked up once my car was ready. My only suggestion would be to offer a quick detail of the cars maybe clean the windshields and vacuum inside. I usually go to a different location for my oil changes and they always clean my windows, mirrors and vacuum the inside. if you added this I would be your life long customer. other than that the service was amazing..
