  The class was so amazing with Antonette! She really explains the poses and works with you to make sure you are doing them correctly! This was my first yoga class but she made me feel so comfortable I will definitely be back!

  I have only been to the Montville location, but it’s great; I did one month of unlimited classes. Very laid back and relaxed. Space to sit and decompress, they also offer other services, though I did not partake so I can’t comment. There are lockers for belongings, two small (very small) shower stalls, restrooms and a space to leave shoes near the yoga entrance. The instructors are great, and so is the staff. I would definitely recommend.

  I love this studio and am grateful for the many ways it has helped shape and develop my practice. The instructors are expertly trained yet beyond having the right knowledge and technical skills they are highly attentive to the class, very caring and supportive in a very individualized way, and always without judgement. Here on your mat you will feel safe yet challenged. The Nirvana vibe is authentic, peaceful and loving - Elissa and her yogi team are ❤️🙏

  Beautiful, warm, and welcoming space. Classes with Sue have really helped me feel grounded and find a state of inner calm. Love the cafe, and highly recommend the Hot Chocolate. There is also many cool things available for purchase. Especially the tops available and the awesome Buddha statues.

  Best hot yoga option in the area! Their schedule is the most accommodating and varying of any studio. The instructors are all incredible, I'm on my second month now and my yoga practice is on a whole new level. I have progressed and learned more in the last two months than I have in 5 years of practice on my own and in other studios. They also have really cool workshops for those interested in specific skills like arm balancing or partner yoga, and even trips and yoga retreats. Best of all the price is very fair!
