::Went to the store to buy a pair of diamond earrings. I was showed a pair that was flawless with only a one point defect. They even showed me the accompanying paperwork. I left home with the pair and after a couple of days decided to just take a look at the paperwork one more time and to my complete and Utter disbelief saw that the piece that they had shown me was not actually the one they gave me. I did call them and reported this to them. While they have exchanged a piece for me I have lost complete faith in this company. I would not recommend someone who is a novice in buying diamonds to ever go and shop here. My experience was below average considering I actually went to this place hoping not to be defrauded
