  Firstly, the front desk staff and valet workers are incredibly nice and sadly the only good thing this building has going for itself. I've been here for two years and have seen the board make idiotic and rash decisions (like requiring dog owners to pay for DNA testing to find "poo culprits") and ignoring larger issues like the lack of mirrors in the busy garage or putting a poorly place speed bump at the garage exit that requires you to rev your engine and possibly speed into crossing pedestrians...there have also been numerous times where the elevators fail or (like tonight) when the alarm sounds at 3am and the building has to evacuate, aka descend thirty flights of stairs and then wait until 6am for them to get the elevators back operating... its 6am now and I don't even think they're fixed yet, so we walked up thirty flights of stairs with two dogs and a newborn. And this isn't the first time that's happened, when I was 8 months pregnant I had to so the same thing. This building is a hot mess and a horrible investment because it's run by a group of morons who don't actually care that this is your home.

  Lived here for a year and would not recommend to anyone. Cheaply built, maintained, and staffed. Packages were routinely lost, the dog "walk" is a joke (small area covered in stones with no greenery), and valet is grossly negligent and unbearably slow. The parking garage itself is horrific, and your car will likely be damaged by liquid paint or cement from nearby construction or internal structures. Once, staff entered the apartment, without consent, to leave a package they deemed too large to hold downstairs, where they should be stored with the concierge. This is trespass, and was brushed off like it was nothing! Also, beware landlords in this building - many of which are living abroad and have taken no steps to hire management companies to handle repairs or problems in the units. Lived with molded leak in shower for months, and a broken dryer for too long before a makeshift solution was put in place. Common areas are routinely dirty and unkept. Check out the back elevators that lead to the garage and you will see the more filthy sides of the building (as opposed to the front entrances). Staff in the condo office are rude and could care less about you, as they take no responsibility for anything that takes place outside of a common area. Trust me, this place is far from luxurious.

  Very nice building! They are getting better with their administration everyday!
