  I recently bought a used Rolex from Mo at Nikki and Co. It was a great transaction and No made the one repair to the watch without any hesitation at all (sticky bezel). If I am again shopping for a luxury watch I will certainly visit Nikki and Co first.

  My fiance brought a pair of rings for repair a few months ago in this shop but she asked me to pick them up with the yellow receipt. When I went there, they couldn't find her name, nor her rings despite having a receipt. They were even doubting that I was fishing for some rings from somebody else. After spending an hour, trying to convince that I was in the right shop, I even brought my fiance on the phone so she could speak with the owner. But the owner could not recall her, her face, the rings, nothing.... He finally decided to call the actual guy that does the repair, who finally find them.... This is a clear sign of poor customer management, and I would not trust this shop to bring anything valuable there.

  Great little shop in the Gaslamp section. Owner and employee were amazing. Warm, welcoming and very helpful. We bought a gold earring set that needed some repairs. They were totally committed to fixing it correctly and promptly. Could not have been a better customer experience. They specialize in estate jewelry and fine watches. If you want to experience exceptional customer service, stop in.
