  Proper barber shop, not a "hair salon." Owner is very friendly. Fast service.

  I grew up in nearby Bloomfield and have been going to Nick’s my entire life. Even after moving across the country, I still get my haircut by Nick when I come home for the holidays. His shop has an old world charm that you can’t find anywhere else, right down to the man himself. No matter where else I go, Nick is the only one to ever get it “right” and at $13 for a haircut, is cheaper than most places and all the chains.

  A basic barbershop with antique furniture & paintings by the barber himself of landscape & nature. I took my grandfather for a cut & the barber did a good job. I gave it 3 stars because of the maintenance of the shop, its "old look" & high pricing for haircuts ($13-15 for cut which is average & $13 for shave). There was a bug I saw on the floor & that will be the first & last time I take my grandfather here; but the barber himself was a quiet, pleasant older Italian man.
