::Update: I had had a leak that was causing the front passenger floor to be wet. I brought my car to Nick on multiple occasions and no one could tell me what was wrong. I just bought a towel for the floor and accepted that it was undiagnosable. When I was at a GoodYear for an unrelated issue, I mentioned it and based on the symptoms someone who wasn't even one of the technicians was pretty sure of what the problem was. It took .2 seconds for the technician to diagnose the issue. It was something so simple, but so major at the same time. After that, my faith in Nick went down substantially. Since then I have not returned, but I will say that his labor is cheaper than other places as well as they don't use "Genuine (insert car brand) parts" and use generic/3rd party parts. I recently had a car issue that cost over $1,000 and despite that Nick probably would have been cheaper, I went to GoodYear due to the fact that I trusted them more to see if the issue I was having was part of a much bigger issue. When you bring your car to them they only repair what you have brought the car for. I like that another repair shop will look at the car as a whole as opposed to zeroing in on just 1 issue. The only person to trust with my mom's car. We live right up the street, so it is easy to drop the car off and pick it up. We having been going to them for over 20 years. We love the family feel with the different generations there. They explain things that are very easy to understand and don't talk down to or talk different to me and my Mom because we are women. We would never take our car to any other place.

::Nice enough guys but I've had enough. They overbook and do not have any attention to detail. They take in so much for one day that many things get overlooked. This happened to me 3 times. The last time I had my daughters car in for an inspection which they had it all day, which is fine. Got it back and they said everything was good. She took it back to college and 3 weeks later the rear brakes were making noise. She took it to a local place and they showed her that the rear brakes had nothing left. they had even ground down the drums. I had to replace everything where as if it was caught during the inspection, I would have just had to replaced the shoes. something similar happened on my previous 2 visits. The lot is always jammed with cars that have been there forever and then there are all the cars booked for the day. its a mess. Found a local place that books just enough so he has time to go through each car thoroughly.

::I have always liked Nick and think he's an honest hard working decent man. I trust him to do whatever my cars need. I moved away from here, but when I came back to visit I chose his shop when I needed work.
