  I love that Nicole informed me of everything she was doing and would consistently make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She gave professional advice that was also appreciated and made me feel comfortable rather than judged. She put a lot of care and time into cutting and coloring my hair, something that reassured me that my hair was in good hands. I don’t get my hair done often as many people don’t want to deal with my thick, long hair which usually results in a a poor cut or uneven coloring because they rush to get me out of there. Thanks for a great experience and I will definitely be returning!

  It was my first visit and first impressions are important. Sam understood what i wanted and did a fabuloua job of correcting my color tones. Got lot of compliments on my haircut too. Thank you Sam. Great salon, reasonable pricing for nyc.

  Had such an amazing experience! I haven't been to a salon in a long time, but I felt so comfortable. The staff was super nice and my stylist was amazing. He gave me tons of advice that I never got at any other salon. Will definitely be back!!

  Awful experience. Never again! Have been a loyal customer for almost a decade, got treated like s second class customer. My appt was late 30 min and I was “assigned” to a new colorist even though I made my appt 2 months in advance. Was told by receptionist about this. Biggest BS I saw in my hair experience. Also grossly overcharged!!!’ Don’t need all this stress while doing my hair. It supposed to be a relaxing experience.

  Went here for the first time today. Incredibly impressed. They not only wash your hair and give you a great cut for a wonderful rate, but they also massage your head and then AFTER the cut allow you to get shampooed again, which saves from having to run back home and shower to get excess hair out. Sam was great and wouldn't even accept a tip (Seriously, what city am I in?), so just tipped the shampoo girl instead. I also really liked the dry hair spray he was using and he simply gave me the bottle. Unbelievable service in a clean location. Will certainly be back!
