  This food truck was at an event at the school I work at, and they were amazing! The food was great, the staff were nice despite a busy crowd. Their food was the hit of the night!

  I know finding something that remotely resembles an actual Cuban sandwich is hard to find... But seriously? The pork had a strong cinimon taste, they used cheddar cheese instead of Swiss, and the ham was no where near the right type of ham... A proper Cuban sandwich has mojo flavored pork, Serrano ham, and swiss...sigh... Don't mind me, just a Miami native, disappointed in what was supposed to be a taste of home
