  I’ve had NH Ross out for both plumbing issues and for no heat. I was very satisfied both times because the technicians were professional, friendly and, most importantly, great at what they do. The office staff is always very helpful, too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NH Ross to family and friends.

  Had a Gas Conversion done by NH Ross. The whole process was amazing from start to finish. The office staff is great and go above and beyond. The technicians were great. They answered all questions and went over everything. They were clean and professional. Will definitely be using NH Ross for all my Heating & Plumbing needs.

  I called Ross because I had no heat and they were out to me within a couple hours! The tech presented me with options before the work was done and went over everything thoroughly! The techs and office staff are very professional and knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend Ross to family and friends.

  Honestly, I called Ross to the Rescue in my time of need 10 yrs ago as a homeowner looking for a licensed plumber with no gimmicks. Ross absolutely delivered so I have been a believer ever since. Top notch office staff that practically know my voice and greet me warmly when I call in to schedule appointments or to just ask a question. The technicians are outstanding, knowledgeable and kind to this old lady. A true class act, the very heart of Long Island's service industry. I have recommended N H Ross to family, friends and colleagues over the years and will continue to do so.

  Toilet wasn't filling up. It needed a new handle, new flapper. Cost was over $400. I looked up a whole new inside tank works for $20 at home depot. I asked for a detailed receipt and just got a total. No invoice showing what was done and how much I paid for parts and service. They did not provide that. Every other plumber I ever used, provided a detailed invoice. I was definitely ripped off.
