  I had my BMW done at Next Level in Uniondale and Syed really came through with the repairs and service even went as far as guiding me with the insurance process since it was my first accident. Great shop I’d recommend anyone looking to get there car fixed.

  I ONLY went to them because we have Mutual Friends for YEARS! I wanted to support the business as they are now growing and expanding. My car was never picked after 2 days of waiting & corresponding; So I drove with the hazards on to the closest shop in (which happened to be their newest at the time)Amityville (which has since been closed and now under new ownership). Left the keys and Txt Marcus where they could find them. I had 2 claims front n back with 2 different insurance carriers total days for BOTH should have been 13 days to complete instead I didn't get the car back for 44days and had to pay for the remaining of the rental which wouldn't have happened if car wasn't with them an additional 31 days(I was more than patient). Despite the many excuses and "no the next day or next week" answers. I finally got my car back and ran to drop off rental before An extra day charge as I dropped rental car off before closing. I noticed the bumper had a gap by the light Marcus said ok bring it by also my AC wasnt charged. Working 2 jobs i couldnt make the times. I charged the AC myself and found the hood wasnt staying open the bar wasnt replaced with the hood. Looking closer the hood was paintd and not great EITHER. First thought... it was never replaced! So I look at all parts of the car Now more closely. Right head light wasnt replaced fragments still remain inside visibly. The rear claim to bumper was just to replace the unit and license plate lamp on one side. The light is wedged up there NOT REPLACED! The bumper had even been painted completely one color It's not EVEN made that way! MY TRAINER told me his girlfriend had issues with them and her BMW front bumper. They painted it and put it Back NEVER replacing it: with A male Presence backing her they complied and fixed it properly and gave them a loaner for the time period. After 2xs visiting Uniondale Syeed looked at my complaints, came Back Chris looked again BUT why when I left a list and sent Marcus a detailed txt about EVERY INCH OF THE WORK Just for them to run the line about painters again and needing to order parts! They said they would provide me with a loaner so I returned again..Oh and No loaner and no parts ordered! I was late 2 hrs late to work with a.m traffic from Suffolk to Nassau. I came again after Marcus told me What day to bring car Back! No loaner again and was told to "just leave car with Chris" via txt msg from Marcus But How am I leaving when there is no loaner for me?? He never replied after that last txt ; Back n Forth with Marcus and Numerous visits to Amityville AND Uniondale it's just a Mess and STILL I'M LEFT LOOKING at it daily! Now I have no choice BUT TO PURSUE further action. Sorry to our Mutual friends BUT I have between insurance checks & my own funds paid almost 5K And for what a sanded and painted car! Now my right head light goes in & out and I have to replace THAT?!

  Definitely the place to take your car for repairs around the area. Very satisfied with their service. Car looks brand new!! Sayeed(hope I'm spelling his name right) was very helpful with the whole process. Thumbs up to Next Level!!

  I highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are one of the best body shops I ever had my car fixed at. I had my Nissan altima repaired by these guys and I was really impressed with they're quality of work!!!!Thanks

  Next level did a more than great job on my car. My whole front bumper was hit by a drunk driver and the work was amazing. You would never be able to tell my car was hit. They are all so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone that needs an auto body. Thanks again next level and keep up the good work.
