  Called on short notice needing to be moved . they came through when nobody else could . friendly and very quick ,but care full with my furniture . would recommend them for anyone looking to move .!

  Dylan and another guy damaged my furniture which was valued at $280 and said "oh well". They called the owner Taylor and he only offered a $25 credit for an almost $300 entertainment center. Don't use these guys. Very unprofessional.

  I was impressed with the job and the price was reasonable. I highly recommended this company.

  For one, they were 2 hours and 45 min late, I get it things happen. Secondly, after handing them fragile things and saying "please make sure this gets to the second stop", a total of two of our things are gone. Completely vanished. Taylor (MGR) kept saying "maybe it's at the old place, maybe it's at the other places storage" after saying MULTIPLE times I've already checked those places and I handed the item personally to one of the guys. Above all, the most upsetting thing was the young men that moved us had a 16 hr day and didn't get a break.. Not even to eat or anything.. So my mom being the woman she is, fed the boys dinner and sweet tea.. It's absolutely unacceptable and I will never use this company again.

  This is my second move using Next Generation. I did not know it was possible for two guys to move so quickly! I handed them a bottle of water and had to tell them to stop working for two minutes so they could take a drink. Honest, reliable, and hard working! Ans I must mention again, unbelievably fast! I have moved countless times and hands down these guys are the best!
