  Destroyed a pair of Boss suit pants when dry cleaned. They denied aby responsibility.

  My stuff always comes back very quickly, smells great and doesn't have any creases.

  I dropped some tuxedo pants off to get hemmed before a wedding. Turnaround was 3 days, they may have been able to do rush service but I didn't ask. Price was $15 which is pretty typical for the area. The hemming job looked great and I was very happy with the service.

  Tailoring service is outstanding, it took me some time but i am very happy with the end results

  Don't expect your clothes the next day if there are any stains - the next day service is apparently only for clean clothes that require dry cleaning - absurd! This fact is not disclosed anywhere on the website, nor was it disclosed when I called to verify terms of next day service. Need something tailored? Don't bother. The tailor (or at least someone to pin the garment) is only available on Thursdays. Again, not disclosed as advertised. Want to be insulted? This is the place to go! I wanted a uniform vest taken in for fit only - appearance was not important as the back of the vest would never be visible. Even though the tailor was not there, I showed the man at the desk what I wanted - had pinned it myself. He told me flat out that they don't do "Chinese" work with an arrogant hand gesture. Excuse me, but the day I pay $60 for a 'maestro' working out of a dry cleaners to alter a uniform piece is the day I invest that toward having a bespoke piece made by a proper tailor. I will never take my business here again.
