  I've been working at the NEX for almost 3 years now. So I know what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be like. I Walked inside a week ago to pay cash for gas. One of the new young ladies (I know what she looks like) was sitting on the counter on her iPhone playing loud music, she didn't even acknowledge me. I handed her my cash and told her what # pump and without even looking up or putting her phone down she took my cash and didn't say a word. Poor customer service.

  Easy to access gas pumps and and great store inside.

  Basic amenities as well as regular gas station items.

  Convenient for military that are at WRNMMC.

  A little confusing on how to enter the gas station, but convenient to get on and off base quickly and avoid traffic by the hospital. Pretty clean and bright.
