  I visited Newport Dental a couple of years ago to have a crown placed on one of my molars. After the procedure was completed, I noticed that there was a gap between the crown and my gum, which was uncomfortable. I went back to Dr. Han, the dentist who performed the procedure, and he told me that it was normal to have a gap between the crown and the gum and that there was nothing to worry about. Recently, I started experiencing pain in the same tooth and went to another dentist for a consultation. The new dentist confirmed that there was a gap between the crown and the gum, which was causing the pain and potentially leading to further damage. The new dentist recommended that the crown be replaced. I feel disappointed and let down by my experience at Newport Dental. Dr. Han knew that there was a problem with the crown, yet he did not address it properly and made it seem like everything was normal. This was not only uncomfortable for me, but it has now led to a painful and potentially more costly problem. I would recommend that others who are considering visiting Newport Dental do their research and carefully consider their options before choosing this practice. While my experience may not be representative of all patients, it is important to have confidence in the care that you receive from your dentist.

  One of the worst dental experiences of my life. Treat you like an inconvenience, made me feel unsafe, uncomfortable, did a horrible job, wasted my time and to top it off gas lit galore. Basically everything you wouldn’t want in a dentist you’ll receive in a visit to Newport dentist. I’ve never been eye rolled so hard in a “professional” setting, all for asking legitimate questions. Literally the worst bedside manner of my life, and to say they don’t polish fillings. HA. They’ve called me multiple times since august 2022, and each time I have said I won’t be back. If you like being treated like trash then Newport dental is for you, personally, I would rather pull my teeth out with pliers then go back for an office visit!!

  absolutely amazing dental office!! i have severe dental anxiety and i’ve never felt more comfortable at a clinic, they always check in to see if you’re comfortable and staff has awesome welcoming vibes, they also accept apple molina health insurance too!!

  I saw Dr. Albert Lim today for a long overdue cleaning and checkup and had a great experience. My visit was pain-free and I got all my concerns addressed. I will definitely be back for regular checkups!

  The staff were very friendly and provided quality service! They were constantly checking if I felt any discomfort or pain during my regular checkups. I've been going here for a few years now, and I cannot point out one single flaw of this dental office.
