::I took a day off from work to renew driver license in person to obtain real-id license. One staff told me they need proofs of my address . The letter from DMV has my address on it and I also showed utility bills on my phone. Then, they sent me home because they do not accept these proofs. Oh DMV, how convenient!

::If you go here count to loose all day so make sure you eat breakfast before come inside, my suggestion to all NYC DMV is to make one or more express line that you have pay extra, lease $30 to go faster, so that way maybe will be less crowded place, lots of people willing to pay not no wait in long lines

::Based on sad experience I had in Brooklyn DMV, I would like to say that this is great place. Everything is organized well. First of all there is huge parking. When I came in there was line from about 15 people. But line passed fast. I get ticket with number and wait for my number displayed. There were about 35 windows and all of them were busy. So I wait about 10 minutes and my number displayed. I spend about 2 minutes with representative and am done. All my visit took about 25 minutes. It is result of very good organised work. I liked this place. I recommend to go there!

::First of all i have to say that the set up and the staff are great! I been going there for a long time. Any issue i have....., has been addressed and resolved. I went today, i checked my Licence and guess what!? It was revoked! The young Asian lady at the counter gave me the proper paper work i needed and she was really friendly! If you have a little patience..., , , you can get great service!!!
