::I always enjoy when my clients walk out of my office with a smile on their faces, well this was my experience this week when i had the chance to meet the new manager Rick. It was very conforting to be aproached by a professional who is actually willing to help you and take action to fix any account related discrepancies.My wife and i are very happy to be treated like family again and are both looking forward to make this gym our home away from home for years to come.

::2 motnhs ago I gave 5 stars at this gym, and now I am going back on that review. We got an offer from customer service without no interest and cancelation fees. Now they took automatic both fees from my husband's account. When asking and explaining about this issue, they've called us liars and my husband have been threatened to loose the baby sister "offer" if he complains because this situation. Not even the first time, they did it once before but we just tough to leave it as is. We are very upset and desappointed. When my husband walked away from the gym, the guy started laughing. We feel so sad, because customer service doesn't match with the very nice vibe of this gym and becaise we also love and trust at the baby sister service over there.

::When crowded, Back and Leg machines are taken. Only two Bench press, Two Leg benches and people like to camp for hours at them. So hard to get a good work out on Peak hours, Which is usually 5-8 pm ( MON-FIRDAY) 11-2 (SAT-SUN)

::Have been a member here for a number of years and I am very disappointed in the maintenance done on their equipment. The facility is not maintained with numerous lights burnt out including lights designated for emergency purposes. They offer tv's on the exercise machines but most don't work. We are seriously considering changing our membership. I would not recommend anyone to this gym.

::I took a yoga class and it was the least relaxing yoga class I've ever experienced. The instructor was very abrupt and did not encourage me to go at own pace, which resulted in an injury I went to work out, hurting again. The front desk was very nice and helpful, which is the only reason I'd even give this place more than 1 star. I'm sorry I went.
