  Great club in the area. Gym hours are also very good starting at early morning and is accessible till 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

  Machines are constantly broken and out of order. We joined to mainly use the pool and treadmills. The pool has been closed until further notice. The sauna has never been cleaned. If they have 10 treadmills 4 of them are constantly out of order. Tried dealing with the district manager Josh Levy, he was very unhelpful and disrespectful. They will constantly add hidden fees and force you to pay for a gym that is poorly maintained. Avoid joining the Hicksville location or any locations managed by Josh Levy.

  For the love of God LADIES please STOP using lotions and oils in the Women's Sauna! There is a sign outside the sauna door saying DONOT USE LOTIONS or OILS! Stop leaving your granny panties to dry out and other various weird inappropriate behavior. Stop being pigs, and act accordingly. Go to a spa if you want to get treatments. Thanks!

  Cancelled my account in Feb was told they have a 45 day cancellation policy I agreed and made sure there would be no other charges. They confirmed and thennnn 3 weeks later I was charged a renewal fee of 59.99! After calling they claimed they're "allowed" to charge me because it happens to fall within the time before they close my account. Really? If a person calls to cancel their account why on earth would you charge them a renewal fee!! It's disgusting and entrapping. Not to mention the nasty manager that I kindly asked if she would find out if this charge could be removed. I was told "Unfortunately we're not allowed to remove an "Anniversary" charge, You will have to dispute it with your bank" an Anniversary Charge? That's a renewal fee, not anniversary no one is celebrating here. What lovely customer service. An absolute rip off I don't recommend joining unless you have money to throw away and don't care how you are treated.
