  I found my last experience at midtown pavilion to be one of the best I have had so far in medicine. And believe me I've had more then I want to remember. The staff was courteous, kind and prompt. I would give it five stars except that, I just can't think of a medical review in those terms. *****

  Over the course of several years, I have had all my yearly mammograms and one biopsy done at the Midtown Medical Pavilion. Honestly, I would not have it done anywhere else. The doctors and staff members are wonderful. They do put patients care first. Total professional in all areas of patient care and service. The environment is calm and quality care taken to ensure the clients comfort during the time you enter and leave. You are greeted by all staff including the doctors when you first enter the room. Smiling faces and warm welcomes. You are kept informed of any issues related to your schedule time and given noticed when you will be seen. All medical treatments are forwarded to your primary doctor and a copy sent to you within a normal time frame. This is something that has been maintained over the course of several years. Also, the staff members including doctors have been there for many years. Very important, because they come to know and understand your needs on a personal level. As you can tell, I have high regards for this particular place of business and if any medical service provider should be given a reward for providing outstanding quality service to their patients, this is the one. I have been a Medical Coordinator for the last fifteen years and I understand the work involved in treating patients with issues that may cause great concerns and emotional stress. Here you are cared for as if it was one of their family members being treated. Theresa

  I was waiting for my wife who was going to have a long test, and I had needed an X-Ray for some time. I went upstairs from where she was and walked into West Side Radiology. I had my prescription on me detailing what X-Ray I needed and they had me fill out some medical billing forms and in 20 minutes I was called in. I was shown to the changing room, and then shown into the X-Ray room. From the minute i walked in there until I left was 45 minutes, without an appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the entire experience was great.
