  Beautiful new room for toddlers. Excellent staff. Clean environment. I go for toddler reading time on Wednesdays and Thursdays. They also do arts and crafts. At the beginning of the month they post a calendar with the activities and age range. Highly recommend you pick one up.

  I usually go to the big library on Kingsbridge road, but since I live in the area, I decided to come to this one to get some work done, which was a BIGGGG mistake. I’m aware that it is a small library, but aren’t all libraries supposed to be quiet?!? There were kids talking nonstop next to me, in which finally they stopped, but then one of them began to play music on his headphones extremely loud. I tried to ignore it, but then a woman walked in with a guy and sat down next to another woman, and it looked like they were holding an interview for something, because they began to loudly commence in conversation. I, then went and asked the guard if she could speak to them, which she did, but it didn’t get better. I moved my seat, just to be next to the computers along the wall, where a couple went back and forth about whatever they were doing on the computer! Not only that, the front desk was constantly loud, and the librarians didn’t even speak in a low tone. I’m beyond pissed!!!! Stayed there for 45 minutes and decided to turn around and go home!!!

  You can order books from any library in the city! And interlibrary loan etc so that you can pick them up right here.

  Staff is great. I was recently here for a test. A group of kids were being load and disrespectful. The kids were not complying with the library rules they were asked to leave.
