  I usually go down to Mulberry (Little Italy) with my wife and kids for mass once a month at the Church of Sacred Blood. This last friday after mass we usually go shopping in Chinatown looking for bargains and deals. Well, my daughter wasnt feeling well and the medication she takes for her anxiety was out. We walked into the pharmacy really just because it was the closest one to where we were so we could ask the pharmacist what we can do. The staff was friendly, polite and the place was clean. The pharmacist was a nice young man who was extremely friendly and outgoing. I believe his name was Marty or Arty or something to that extent but considering that my daughter wasnt his patient, not only did he spend the time to help explain to us what the situation was, he even got in touch with my regular pharmacy and had my daughters refill transferred there so she would have some immediate relief. I have to say that as pharmacys go the place isnt that big but the service is huge. I feel pretty impressed with the place, impressed enough that frankly since we are in this part of town once a month anyway I will transfer bring all our prescriptions here from now on rather than goin to the Duane Reade by us. Why support a big chain over a small mom and pop pharmacy like this? Especially when they have great pharmacists, excellent staff and are in a convenient location. Thanks guys.
