  This is the worst medical equipment company I have come into contact with. My mother's oxygen machine has malfunctioned 4 times and I can not get anyone to call back to resolve the problem. She has only 2 reserve tanks left and still no calls back!

  Horrible Horrible - I have yet to speak to a live person. I left 7 messages and sent 3 emails in the past 3 weeks and i still haven't heard back.

  they never pick up the phone Absolutely HORRIBLE service and i was calling them for a month but no body answered

  It’s very hard to understand the customer support people. Their accents are very thick. I assume they’re knowledgeable and competent, I don’t know. I couldn’t understand them.

  This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever delt with. I spoke with Chantel and Jessica who were rude and unprofessional. They were not helpful and I never received the breast pump I needed. So frustrating
