  This is a amazing place, they have a lot of collections of hardwood flooring. I purchased my Armstrong 5” oceanside grey oak over here. They are Armstrong Elite Showroom,, the only one in New York City. I trust this brand. There is a professional sales, his name is Frank. I believe if you have some problems about floor, the guy can help you out. I do recommend this place for flooring, the location is under BQE highway, 26 exit.

  Ok place nothing special if you have money you want to spend and want quality stuff this place is definitely for you the prices are high but they do have everything you can possibly want and some really nice stuff the customer service is horrible they don’t even pay attention to you unless you’re a contractor but if you want good stuff then this place is for you I would recommend going to dynasty wood floors on Mcdonald ave in brooklyn ny there more competitive price wise and there customer service is a little better but Home Depot has the same stuff for a cheap price especially if you find a closeout !!

  Overpriced! Their annoying ads keep popping up on yelp looking for biz. I'm looking elsewhere.

  The floors are fine but once the merchandise was paid for the service was rude and terrible. I was promised they would deliver to my third floor walk-up no matter what, guaranteed by the salesperson that he would personally come and bring them to the third floor himself if the driver refused. When the time came, the salesperson was nowhere to be found and the other people at the store were no help at all. They said they would send someone to help the irate driver but did nothing and were extremely rude to me on the phone. Not even an apology was uttered. Luckily, the driver was strong enough to carry these incredibly heavy boxes up two flights himself (15 boxes, one at a time!) Don't do business with these people. GO to 16th Street between 3rd and 4th Avenue if you prefer to be treated with some common courtesy and respect.

  Stopped by this store after visiting next door's Lumber Liquidators. Prices were a slightly higher that the previous store. I placed an order of hardwood floors for my house due to the damage of Hurricane Sandy. Luckily, I've asked the sales associate to write me the quote on the business card. When I came back the next week, he dishonored the advertised price and added about .50 per sq/ft. Outraged, I took out the business card that he wrote himself, and reluctantly accepted the price he originally gave us. He promised us 1 week for the hardwood floors to arrive, but problems came up and decided to call me today Monday 5/27 on memorial day at 9AM. The gloss floors we wanted were no longer in stock, now changed our order to non-gloss at not even a discounted price for the trouble. On top of that, he wanted an extra fee to re-order the gloss floors we originally wanted. Overall, I am not happy with my experience here and do not recommend them.
