  Most of the staff are extremely rude. I don't like going to that 👉(500 Dekalb are) particular center, far worst than any 9ther center I've been to.

  They play with people lives all the time and they misinform you when they dont want to do any work

  HORRIBLE CENTER. Clermont Is much better. They Approved me for a one shot deal but sent the checks to the wrong address although the 100 documents I was required to bring had my address on them. When I found out 1 month later that my landlord never received my checks, I went back there and the man that worked my case told me there's nothing he can do. It's been over a month now and no one has done nothing and I'm scheduled for an eviction in 2 weeks. Thanks so much dekalb ! You guys really are amazing !!! All that running back and forth For nothing , all those hours waiting for my number. I called 311 hopefully they can help me.

  I'm currently homeless and I applied for emergency food stamps on June 30th, I didn't know I was suppose to receive it on the same day so I left. My case manager told me I had to go back and get it because Mr. Meme was suppose to give it to me the day I applied. I went back and all they did was tell me to call a number ... I've been calling for 3 days now and I've been calling his back up person and their back up person NOBODY PICKS UP and NOBODY calls me back, I've left multiple voicemails... I don't have a job and I have a two year old. They really don't seem to care nobody. The wait is long and they're so rude !!
