Tickets for repairs get closed without anybody coming for repairs. This year the annual review was to be filled out online, but no confirmation of the annual review is given after submitting. And no where in the application there is instructions on how to send proof of income. Then they send letter asking to bring in the proof of income or termination procedures will commence. Why are you threatening us? It was your mistake to overlook how to show proof of income. Bad enough I'm living in hazardous conditions for a human, but then the threats. Can't stand living here any longer. I want my transfer, which they refuse to give me.

My family received a letter from the Baruch management office THREATENING to terminate our lease because according to the incompetent fools there we have more than 2 air conditioners in our apartment. NYCHA cannot legally accuse someone of breach of contract when their claim is simply untrue. We've contacted housing through the years for needed repairs in our apartment and it takes them YEARS to respond or even to just come take a look, but they're swift to make bogus claims against their tenants. I will be reporting our current living conditions to the local media as well as your threatening letter. This cannot go on, NYCHA needs to get their act together.
