  Very horrible long lines down stairs and this is just a waste of time being on on welfare. Plus this is a low budget staff personal work environment and tthi1a office fice needs to shut down.

  Terrible service, disrespectful and rude staff and supervisor. I escorted a friend get some assistance with child care. The staff there were rude and moved at a slow pace. We were there for 6 hours because the staff were calling the clients that had already been helped and have left. Instead of moving on to the next number they called the same number over and over and sat at their desks attending to no customers. A few of them even cursed at the customers and one walked out on a client she was attending to saying it's 5 o'clock and she has to another (inappropriate word) job to get to. It's sad to see that people who are in need are treated as if they are less human. It saddened me to see my friend treated that way and even more that she had no choice but to accept the treatment since she needs the help. At the end my friend was told to come back a different day and the supervisor marked the computer to show that my friend didn't respond when called. The staff need proper training to on how provide excellent customer service for the people that they are hired to serve.

  It sucks they never answer the phone and when you have an appointment you never get seen when its your turn. Some of them are very rude......
