  Great store. Great people. Very helpful and informative. No pressure to buy. I love new York camera in New Orleans. If you need camera gear in new Orleans this is the place go!!

  I had a minor but annoying camera problem while visiting New Orleans. Walked into this store and was immediately greeted and assisted by Vincent. My problem was solved quickly. Very nice shop with lots of very current merchandise and competitive deals. Thanks ! Highly recommend.

  Must go to this store if you need help with your camera! I dropped my camera and it broke. The gentleman there was very gracious and fixed my camera. Didn’t think he could do it, but he did! The best service in NOLA. Afterward, I found out they are a Sony and Cannon authorized dealer. No wonder why the service was so good.

  I came here to find a battery for my Nikon 5600 and the owner there was we extremely helpful and even offered me to come back if I needed extra charge. Very selfless and helpful. I appreciate their customer service. You don't see alot of that at all anywhere.

  This camera store is very helpful and go the extra mile for its customers. Mr. Joseph was extremely helpful and find ways to satisfy his customers. By the way, they have a very nice selection of camera gear for novices and professionals. If you need help or just have a gear question, these guys will help you and direct you in the right way!
