  I have been donating blood since 2001 and found the technicians , nurses and staff are the best. Their always polight and curtious. They are always professional. They make the donations painless. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you. Richard ANDREANA.

  Everyone is very nice here. They are always professional and efficient. The blood techs know how to insert a needle without hurting you. When I gave at the hospital, it hurt and I was bruised for over a week. This place never causes me any pain and I'm in and out quickly (unless I'm donating platelets). My only issue was with the points where you can get gift cards, etc. After a while, they expired. I figured that if I'm giving them something for free that they sell for a LOT of money, the points shouldn't expire, so I complained and they put back my points!!
