  I got my septum pierced here yesterday. Tattoo shops sometimes intimidate me, as I am (besides my new piercing) rather unadorned. Staff was friendly, my piercing was quick, clean and he made the experience pleasant while giving me exactly what I asked for. And the jewelry is exquisite!!! Highly recommended.

  I called twice inquiring about body jewelry, and the lady that picked up the line was very disrespectful and disconnected the line as I was trying to speak to her. The lack of communication was astonishing. Very redundant to disconnect the line on a customer trying to figure out if they have a specific type of jewelry. Very disappointed, especially since the store has a rating higher than four stars.

  We were very pleased with the quality of service here. From the first phone call to the actual visit, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The place was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I also felt very comfortable with the person who did my piercing. He was very patient, gentle and knowledgeable. This was definitely high quality service and a great experience!
