  The lady who works here is super nice. She helped me select the right-sized machines for my wash. She also pointed out that you don't need to buy a card and put money on it. They have a bill changer. Very convenient free parking. Employees and customers friendly and respectful. I believe you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you.

  Great service and staff. The owners are always there to help. Why would I go anywhere else.

  Raciest toward whites; it is most likely just me but ever since I have gone and done business there: washing my laundry, the owner has always given me the evil eye. The only thing I have done to set her off that I know of was attempt to spray a hint of lemon Lysol spray into the dryer containing ONLY my laundry to give it that nicer sent then what the dryers leave behind. I looked all over the can; the spray is non flammable, I would not even think of doing this if there was any chance of flame, the dryers do not even get anywhere near the tempter to ignite anything flammable. I figured spray was better than a dryer cloth but she got upset so I DID NOT proceed with the spray and assured her I will not go forward with the spray so she appeared satisfied since I gave her my word that I would never attempt that again. When I returned to gather my clothes she informed me to never come back. I cannot be too sure but ever since I have gone the New Wave Laundromat I have been the only causation person there, I believe she was just using the spray as the excuse she needed to ban me from the establishment. This could just be a remarkable coincidence and I am just thinking too much into this. The only good review I can make was the place looked clean and there is always someone sweeping the floor. Bad review other then what I have previously typed; the water never gets warm even on the hot setting, and the dryers never dry all the way through no matter how much time you put on the clock.
