  People are nice but the owners are always trying to get a piece of the pie. Instead of one person doing your nails the owner starts them then tells another person to finish them so you have to tip the owner and their employee.

  Overall it is not bad ; the staffs are nice, but the only two things that I feel really disappointed are that they treat the regular customer and new customer totally different and for the manicure is not that neat. If you are a new customer like me, you will feel like you are not exist in the salon when their regular customers come.

  I am a White Plains native and I've been looking for a nail salon that is decently priced, clean, and the staff treats you well. I have finally found it ! PERFECT NAILS II Thanks Jennifer and Diana and the whole staff for making my experience the best ever!
