  First was supposed to be Monday . Then they called to schedule for Tuesday, late morning, at 1 i called and was told 3-4. I called back at 4:45 and was told it would be tomorrow

  Scheduled delivery between 10am-2pm but it’s 5:00pm and still no show. Horrible service.

  Normally enjoy using New Penn, quick service, affordable shipping and decent customer service. Something major has changed: Last week, had a shipment coming out of New Jersey bound for Ct.- 1 day delivery service. Tried tracking the second and third day and was promised it was out for delivery. Fourth day- contacted Jordan at the Newburgh facility who told me that they hired another company to deliver it. She had no information on where it was or when it would be there. Had to track down the subcontractor who could not tell me if they were getting my shipment or not- they told me not to use New Penn anymore. Beware

  Absolutely terrible I was promised delivery after calling to set it up 4 days prior- between the window of 8-12. My husband took off from work and waited for it at 11am I called to inquire the status and turns out there was no plan to deliver it ??!! They didn't even notify me? I escalated it up to "Jamie" in customer service and she escalated it up to Bob Reinflesch (sp?) who committed to delivery today between 2-4pm and here it is 4:33pm and its still in the warehouse??!!! I am only 24 miles away this is unacceptable!!! SHOULD BE ZERO STARS how are you in business???

  Horrible. My product has been sitting at their facility for 4 days now with the promise of it getting on a truck and being delivered everyday for the past 4 days. Now they are saying it'll be delivered next week. I'm only 6 miles from this facility too.
