  I used to love this place and their customer service. However, it has gone downhill. Will not be returning because of rude customer service I experienced yesterday.

  Love everything about this store. Sales took as much time as necessary to explain features and benefits of each product. Always a pleasure to visit. Restroom available. Fill your favorite water bottle even. Parking can be challenging at times but that goes with the neighborhood. The prices of their e-juice is a little higher but seems more flavorful. They offer a smoking cessation incentive that is exceptional. Highly recommend

  While visiting Jacksonville we stopped by this e-juice store and were so pleased! Wide variety of flavors and super helpful/welcoming/sweet staff. If I lived here it would definitely become my spot. Highly recommend!

  Great place, great staff! This has become mine and my roommates new spot to buy our e juice. The staff is always welcoming and friendly which makes for a fantastic atmosphere. They also let you know which flavours are good and which ones aren't so good.
