  Prepare 3 hours waiting time for your visit. Security doesn’t do their work well, allow people cutting line. Staff inside slack and slow. 90 minutes past but less than 10 people get in and out.

  Honestly I used to hate it like everyone but they have really gotten a lot better. Little tip be nice to the people serving you and you might get good service. What I find is a lot of times people come into it with a bad state of mind. The wonderful lady at the registration line helped me out a lot and she was very nice about it. Credit to them for improving their service compared to years ago

  미치겠다. 화가 난다. 대단한 권력이라도 가진 듯하다. 얼굴도 근엄하고 눈에도 힘을 주고 고객들을 사납게 바라 본다 시험장을 관리하는 할머니는 특히 사납다. 시험 문제를 다 풀고 일어나니까 소리지른다. 자기가 허락할 때까지는 앉아 있으랜다. 일단 나는 찍힌거다. 함께 시작한 응시자들 모두 마칠 때까지 앉아 기다렸다. 마지막으로 나를 부르더니 합격은 했지만 면허증은 발급할 수 없다고. 이유를 알려 달랬더니 "예전 면허증이 낡아서 운행시험을 다시 보란"다. 화가 나지만 어쩌랴. 일단 돌아와서 다음날 할머니 옆에서 일하는 남자에게 다시 갔더니 ok 하고 그 자리에서 바로 발급. 그 할머니 대책이 없다 직원들은 느리고 불친절하고 수년동안 발전이 없는 후진국 사무실

  He visitado en varias ocaciones este agencia y tengo un buen concepto de ello. No puedo decir lo mismo de la agencia de Newark el servicio la atención en fin creo que todo hasta las instalaciones son de muy mal aspecto

  I didn't have problems here. Queues wasn't too big. All staff was polite. I just filled out forms, passed several queues (It's sucks but not so awful as described in others comment), passed exam and get driver license.
