  My family has been thrilled with the care and conditions at New Harmony. We are there nearly every day and I feel we see what really goes on. The staff is amazing--it is an upbeat atmosphere and I often see them stopping and chatting with residents so they don't feel ignored and even hugging them. And from the first time we walked in we noticed the absence of any unpleasant odor. Our family member is doing very well and we feel lucky to have been accepted at this facility.

  Zero communication with legal family caregiver despite medical and financial power of attorney. Tried multiple times to have bills sent to me instead of my unstable mother and keep getting frantic calls every time they still send her the bill I pay.
