  I waited 40 minutes to replace one acrylic nail. Then the man who was making sure who was there and what they needed, completely skipped me in the line and never even came back to me. Then he told me, he doesn’t do acrylics. So they send off to another girl and I told her I had powder on my other nails and does she have a color like the one I have? She argues with me and tells me there’s no way my nails have powder on them. During the whole time while I’m waiting, they take three girls in back of me for toes and hands. Also the man who said he cokdnr do acrylics, started to do acrylics on a white lady that wanted the whole fake nail.

  Went to the salon on Friday, on Sunday night my nail fell off. Brought the nail in just to have it placed back on, no big deal. They insist doing the nail from scratch. As she places the arcrylic she says they’ll charge me 3 dollars. (When there should be no charge). The staff was rude and when I told them the color I had, they said I was wrong. Spent an hour trying to figure out what color I had. Now I have miscolored nails and they’re crooked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

  This place use to be so clean and efficient. They push hard for pedicures which, I get they want the extra money. But, while sitting there getting my nails filed. Several women came back with a nail issues. The gel cracked and broke within a week. They don't use disposable items anymore and don't clean their tools. While getting your nails, an appointment can walk in and you have to sit back in the waiting area till someone can attend to you. I use to love this place.

  I used to love this nail salon because of the location and nice environment. However, recently I encountered a rude and inconsiderate man who wanted to charge me $3 for a nail touch up. I had gotten powdered gel for $30 and left a $10 tip, and it came off in two days. I thought they would nicely retouch that one finger but instead I was going to be charged again for their mistake... I think not, never coming again!
