  New in town. Stopped by just to see what they had. No one said "Hey", "how ya doing?", or even offered help of any kind. Not even a "can I help you find something".... Not good business in my opinion and probably won't be back here. For all they know, I could've had a pocket full of cash and looking to buy. But, now they'll never know....

  I went there looking to buy an ar 15 and the guy working there didn't know the difference between gas piston and direct impingement

  New Gun Traders was an excellent experience. The staff exercised quality customer service, i.e approaching me, talking to me about why i was there and providing necessary products that matched my interests/price range. I would definitely go back there to purchase another firearm. They had an excellent selection of new and used rifles, shotguns, accessories, and some sweet hand guns (large caliber revolvers and 1911 style semi-auto's). They even had a very rare model M14 there. Awesome place. I got a great deal on a used, scoped, .22 rifle there for plinking.
